湖北省大学生参加课外体育活动现状的研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对湖北省大学生参加课外体育活动的态度、动机、次数、时间、形式、场所、项目选择及影响因素等进行综合研究。结果表明:有87.36%的大学生能不同程度地参加课外体育活动,但强度和时间明显不足,12.64%的大学生从来不参加任何课外体育活动;73.97%的大学生对课外体育活动抱有明确的动机,增强体质、消遣娱乐和应付考试是他们参加课外体育活动的主要动机;学业负担偏重、场地器材不足、学校组织不力是影响他们参加课外体育活动的主要障碍因素;湖北省大学生课外体育活动的主要场所是免费体育场(馆)和校内空地;三大球是湖北省大学生参加课外体育活动的主要项目;参加课外体育活动的形式以与同学(朋友)一起活动为主。In order to provide some valuable gist for developing the college students participating sporting activities after class, we analyzed their participating attitude, motive, style, time, field, frequency, and events of exercises and the influence factors.The results show that most students of 87.36% can participate sporting activities sfter class, but they are lack of enough intention and time; that the less students of 12.64% never do this. There are 73.97% students having obvious motive to do exercises for developing physiques, amusement, and passing exam, etc..
