复方鳖甲软肝片抗肝纤维化疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的运用循征医学的方法,对复方鳖甲软肝片抗肝纤维化的疗效进行系统评价。方法采用Jadad评分标准,并利用RevMan4.2软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行Meta分析,用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果9篇临床试验包含307例符合纳入标准,所有试验被评为低质量试验。复方鳖甲软肝片抗肝纤维化的疗效与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论复方鳖甲软肝片有明显的抗纤维化作用并可使代偿性肝硬化在一定程度上逆转,但在研究的方法学上有待完善。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet on hepatic fibrosis of patients. Methods The whole effect of several research results was studied by Meta-analysis, Jadad and RevMan 4.2 software were used, adn by was analyzed. Results There were 9 clinical trials with 307 cases were involved and all trials were low quality. Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet have therapeutic effects on hepatic fibrosis. There were significant differences between therapeutic groups and control groups. Conclusion Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet have obvious effect on hepatic fibrosis and can reverse hepatic cirrhosis on some extent, but the research method need to be consummated.
