发酵豆粕部分替代鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾的影响

摘　　要：以8.75%脱皮豆粕、8.67%发酵豆粕等蛋白替代饲料中鱼粉用量的20%(对照组鱼粉33%,替代组鱼粉26.4%);另在脱皮豆粕组基础上,以25.03%发酵豆粕全部取代脱皮豆粕和普通豆粕的使用(全发酵豆粕组),饲养体重为0.10 g凡纳滨对虾1个月。结果表明:对照组幼虾的增重率最大,其次为全发酵豆粕组,二者均显著高于脱皮豆粕组(P<0.05),发酵豆粕组的虾体增重率介于对照组和脱皮豆粕组之间。在饲料系数方面,以全发酵豆粕组最低,其他依次为对照组、发酵豆粕组、脱皮豆粕组。对虾体肌肉成分的分析显示,各组幼虾肌肉在水分、蛋白质含量方面没有显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,发酵豆粕为优于脱皮豆粕的鱼粉替代品,可取代饲料中鱼粉用量的20%而不会对虾体增重率、虾体肌肉组成产生显著影响。8.75% dehulled soybean meal and 8, 67% fermented soybean meal were substituted for 20% fish meal （33% fish meal for control group, 26, 4% fish meal for substitute group） ; in addition, 25, 03% fermented soybean meal was substituted all the dehulled soybean meal and normal soybean meal （ fully fermented soybean meal group） based on the dehulled soybean meal group to feed Pertaeus vannamei Booness with body weight of 0.10 g. The results showed that after feeding for one month, the weight gain of the control group was maximum and that of the fully fermented soybean meal group was in next place, both higher than the dehulled soybean meal group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the weight gain of the fermented soybean meal group was between the control group and the dehulled soybean meal group. The feed conversion rate of the fully fermented soybean meal group was the lowest, and that of the control group, fermented soybean meal group and dehulled soybean meal group was in turn. The analysis indicated that the moisture and protein contents of prawn muscle in different groups were not different significantly （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The results showed that under the conditions for this experiment, the fermented soybean meal was superior to the dehulled soybean meal and could substitute 20% fish meal in feed without any significant influence on weight gain and prawn muscle composition.
