摘　　要：采用ASPEN PLUS、SPYRO等软件对乙烯装置全流程进行过程模拟开发工作。通过过程模拟计算,优化了工艺设计、乙烯装置改扩建后的开车方案以及工艺操作条件等,取得了很好的经济效益;应用工艺流程模拟技术进行人员仿真培训,对职工岗位培训发挥了重要作用。By simulating the whole process of ethylene plant with ASPEN PLUS and SPYRO software, process design, startup scheme for the revamped ethylene plant and operation conditions were optimized and good economic benefits were obtained. The process simulation played an important role in simulation training of employees.
