摘  要:综述了国内外溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的生产现状及其合成用引发剂和调节剂的发展方向;对SSBR连续聚合工艺的凝胶抑制技术、末端改性和氢化合成技术进行了概述。大分子活性链的端基官能团改性技术可以改善SSBR的滞后损失性,降低轮胎的滚动阻力;氢化SSBR合成技术使聚合物具有更优异的黏弹性。针对国内SSBR的研发现状,提出了重视科技成果转化、加强知识产权保护的建议。This paper reviewed manufacturing status and developing trends of initiator and modifier for solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR), and also summarized technologies used for SSBR continuous polymerization process including gel inhibiting, chain-end modification and hydrogenation. The modification process of end-groups in macromolecular chain can improve hysteresis loss of SSBR and decrease rolling resistance of tire; hydrogenation technology of SSBR can make polymer with better viscoelasticity. Based on domestic research and development status of SSBR, suggestions of emphasizing commercialization of research findings and protection of intellectual property were put forward.
