摘　　要：近年来，肌松药在小儿的使用不再仅限于手术麻醉，还在儿科重症监护室、儿科急诊等科室被广泛应用。Neuromuscular blocking agents are critically administered to infants and children. Although previously limited to the well-controlled environment of the operating room, their use has extended into the domains of both intensive care and emergency medicine. This review discusses the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and side effects of the agents available for use in operating room and emergency department settings, assisting anesthetists and emergency physicians in their choice of an appropriate agent.
