摘　　要：详细阐述了中国造纸工业非木材制浆水污染防治进展情况。指出近年非木材制浆黑液治理已取得突破性进展,成绩显著,中国造纸工业对水环境的污染已经得到较大程度的缓解。但目前非木材中的禾草化学浆排出废水COD,对造纸工业废水排出COD的贡献率仍然最大,半化学浆排出废水COD的贡献率次之,两者仍是中国造纸工业水污染防治的难点及重点。The progress on water pollution control of non-wood fiber pulping in China＇s paper industry is discussed in detail. Although water pollution caused by pulp and paper industry has been decreased in recent years mainly due to the breakthrough progress of black liquor recovery technology of non-wood pulping. The COD of China＇s pulp and paper industry still mainly come from non-wood pulping effluent and then from Semi-chemical pulping effluent. Both of these effluents are still the key point and hard job for water pollution control of pulp and paper industry in China.
