摘  要:对竹片碱性过氧化氢法制浆工艺条件进行了探讨。实验结果表明,在用碱量18%,H_2O_2用量3%,最高温度165℃下保温60min,成浆物理性能指标达到并超过A级牛皮纸技术指标。实验同时与KP法竹浆生产牛皮纸的成浆物理性能及蒸煮废液的COD_(Cr)与BOD_5进行了比较。The paper mainly studied the processing conditions of bamboo by hydrogen peroxide alkaline pulping in lab. Results indicated the conditions including NaOH 18%, H202 3%, highest temperature 165℃, heat preservation time of highest temperature 60min, Under these conditions, the physical performance of AHP pulp is higher than that A level kraft paper. In addition, the pulping physical performance, CODCr and BOD5 of cooking waste liquor of the AHP pulp are comparable to those of kraft pulp.
