摘 要:某难选氧化铜矿石氧化率和结合率高,原矿品位低,选别指标不理想。为了提高铜精矿指标,提出了分步优先浮选工艺流程方案。比较了中矿不磨、再磨再选和中矿浸出三种方案,其中以中矿浸出效果最好。新工艺的特点是,采用分步优先浮选可尽早回收易选的硫化铜和氧化铜,又可防止过磨;铜精矿品位达26.35%,回收率达70%。The characteristic of the refractory oxidized copper ore is the high oxidation ratio, the high combination ratio, the low grade of raw ore, it can't reach ideal target by flotation. Based on this characteristic and in order to improve the copper concentrate target, we propose the step - by - step preferential flotation scheme. Middling ore regrinding, leaching, without grinding be compared, we find the middling ore leaching is the best. The new technology character is that preferred sulphide copper and oxidized copper is recovered firstly through the step - by - step preferential flotation, over grinding is prevented to these minerals; Middling ore leaching can improve the copper concentrate grade and recovery, at last the copper concentrate grade reaches 26.35 %, the recovery reaches 70 %.
