摘　　要：目的建立龙珠凝胶中龙脑的含量测定方法。方法毛细管气相色谱法(HPRC),色谱柱PEG-20M毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm,膜厚0.5μm),柱温125℃,载气为氮气,检测器为FID,分流比40∶1。结果龙脑的平均加样回收率为99.88%。回归方程为Y=1.1490X+0.3816,r=0.9997(n=5)。结论本方法准确、简便、快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish the determination of borneol （＋） in Longzhugel. Methods： HPRC method was developed for the determination of borneol （＋） on PEG-20M capillary column with column temperature（125℃）, carrier （nitrogen）, detector （FID）, split ratio （40 ： 1）. Results.. The average recovery was 99, 88 % and the linear equation was Y 1. 1490X＋0. 3816. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
