行气活血饮对肝纤维化模型大鼠血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、CIV水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察行气活血饮对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法利用复合因素法诱导大鼠肝纤维化。分别在第4、6、8周末及实验结束时用放免法测定其血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、CIV值,光镜下观察肝组织病理变化;造摸成功后,用行气活血饮进行治疗,比较模型组与行气活血饮组血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、CIV变化及肝组织病理变化。结果随着造摸时间延长,肝纤维化逐渐发展,第8周末形成肝硬化;用药后行气活血饮组血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、CIV值明显低于用药前水平,而模型组则继续升高(均P<0.05),用药组肝组织病理有明显好转。结论行气活血饮有较好的防治肝纤维化作用。Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of Xingqi Huoxue potion on hepato-cirrhosis in rats. Methods： The methods of compound factors were used to construct the hepatic cirrhosis rat models, HA, PC-Ⅲ and CIV of blood serum were checked by radioimmunoassay in the fouth, sixth, eighth week and the end, respectively, observed their pathology changes of liver tissue. After the model succeeded, Xingqi Huoxue potion was used to treat the treatment group, observe their HA,PC-Ⅲ and CW of blood serum and pathology changes of liver tissue in the two groups. Results： With the time past, fibrosis of liver developed little by little, Hepato- cirrhosis had developed in the eighth weekend. HA,PC-Ⅲ and CIV of treatment group was less than that of model group, and the liver tissue became remarkably recover. Conclusion： Xingqi Huoxue potion has remarkably therapeutic etfects on Hepato- cirrhosis in rats.
