摘　　要：目的总结胸壁深度烧伤创面的不同修复方法,以探索最佳手术方案。方法根据烧伤创面具体情况及深度达皮肤、皮下组织层、部分胸肌、肋骨、肋间肌等不同层次,选择不同的手术方案。结果本组46例患者45例治愈,1例自动出院。结论根据创面具体情况选择游离皮片移植、邻近皮瓣、肌瓣、肌皮瓣、大网膜转移等术式进行修复,能较快消灭创面,减少并发症,使患者尽早康复。Objective To summarize the different repair methods of chest wall deep burn and explore the best operation projects. Methods Different operation projects were chosen by specific conditions of burns and different layers of skin,the tissues under the skin ,part of the muscles of thorax,costal bones and intercostal muscle. Results 15 cases were cured and 1 case automatically discharged in 16 cases. Conclusion The operation methods that chose free dermatoplasty and transferred adjacent flaps, muscle flaps, musculoctaneous flap and colic omentum could eliminate burns,decrease complications and speed up the recovery of the patients.
