顺行性下肢深静脉造影的X线表现及临床意义

摘　　要：目的评价颠行性下肢静脉造影对下肢静脉疾病诊治的临床价值。方法我院2001-2005年50例共62条肢体，临床表现主要是下肢静脉曲张、皮肤色素沉着或伴溃疡者进行顺行性下肢静脉造影。结果造影X线表现正常10条（16．1％），单纯浅静脉-交通静脉瓣膜功能不全12条（19．3％），深静脉瓣膜功能不全32条（51．6％），静脉瘤样改变2条（3．2％），深静脉血栓形成6条（9．7％）。结论顺行性下肢静脉造影简便安全，创伤少，可作为诊断下肢静脉疾病的首选和可靠方法，能为血管外科治疗提供准确信息。Objective To determine the clinical value of ascending venography in the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases of lower extremity. Methods 62 extremities of 50 cases,which mainly manifested lower varicosis with ulcer of skin,was examined with ascengding phlebography. Results Normal venographic findings was found in 10 cases （16.1%）, simple superficial venous valves and communicating venous valves in 12 cases （19.3 % ）,dysfunction of deep venous valves in 32 cases（51.6%）respectively. Venous aneurysm-like lesions was found in 2 cases（3. 2%） as well as deep and thrombosis of veins in 6 cases（9.7%）. Conclusion Ascending venography of lower limbs is a simple ,safe diagnostic method. It may be the first choice and reliable method in diagnosis of venous diseases of lower extremities. It can offer correct radiographic information.
