经电切镜外鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的 探讨经电切镜外鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石的新方法及疗效。方法 经电切镜外鞘置入输尿管镜，气压弹道碎石将膀胱结石击碎，Ellik冲洗器将碎石冲出，12例合并前列腺增生者同时行经尿道前列腺电切术。结果 36例均1次性将结石击碎并全部冲出，术中、术后未出现大出血、膀胱穿孔和水中毒等并发症。36例术后随访6-24个月，均未见结石复发，所有病例排尿通畅。结论 经电切镜外鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石是治疗膀胱结石的有效方法，具有操作简便、高效、并发症少、效果确切等优点，值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the new method and curative effect of crushing treatment of cystolith with pressure bullet under ureteroscope via resectoscope trocar. Methods The cystohth was crushed with pressure bullet under ureteroscope via resectoscope trocar and prostate resection was performed in 12 cases with hyperplasia of prostate same time. Resuits 36 cases had cured at first time in crushing stone and excretion without bleeding, bladder perforation and overhydration. There was no relapse after 6 -24 months follow - up without obstruction. Conclusion This method might be effective with simple, less complication and good effect that could be used in chnic.
