摘　　要：目的调查分析冠心病患者健康教育需求，探讨行之有效的教育对策。方法采用调查问卷方式，对130例冠心病患者进行了问卷调查，针对存在的问题，提出相应的教育对策。结果冠心病患者均掌握一定的相关健康知识，但缺乏较深层次的健康知识指导，知行未合一。冠心病患者对介入性诊断和治疗的教育内容需求较多；对医护讲解、演示及定期召开冠心病联友会的需求较高。结论对冠心病患者的健康教育应做到有的放矢、因人而异、形式多样，建立从院前预防到院后康复的健康教育一体化模式是发展的必然趋势。Objective To study the requirement of health education for patients with coronary heart disease, and then frame the feasible health education methods. Methods Interviewed 130 patients with coronary heart disease by questionnaire, and then analyzed the datum and made out feasible health education according to the results of the investigation. Results Most of the patients with coronary heart disease know some health knowledge, but not enough. Doctors and nurses＇ demonstration and intercomreunion among the patients were the requirements for patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusions Systemic and scientific health education is what the patients need.
