摘　　要：知识产业化是知识经济的必然产物,知识的重要性已经凸现出来。介绍知识及知识产业的概念、特征,针对我国在知识产业化过程中存在的问题提出发展对策。Knowledge industrialization is the necessary result of knowledge economy, knowledge is becoming more and more important. The writer first introduces the conception and character of knowledge and knowledge industry, and then bring forwards the countermeasures according to the problems in the process of knowledge industrialization.
