摘  要:用0.15%秋水仙碱溶液处理泸定百合(2n=2x=24)1.5年生实生苗及其他种百合的生长点后,有些植株顶芽形态呈现明显的变异。经对变异部分的形态和解剖特征作测定,其统计分析结果表明,变异植株的叶长、节间长、茎粗与未处理的植株相比差异达显著或极显著水平,但叶宽的变化不明显。在显微镜下观测变异叶片下表皮细胞和气孔,其细胞长度显著变小、宽度却几乎没有变化;气孔数量显著减少,气孔宽度增大明显、长度却略有缩小。将茎上变异部分分化出的珠芽栽植后,取其根尖细胞在显微镜下观察,看到有相当一部分细胞的染色体数已变为2n=4x=48。The seedlings of Lilium sargentiae (chromosome, 2n = 2x = 24) and other species ot Lilium were treated the growing point with 0. 15 % solution of colicine. It was founded that the apical bud of some plant showed the significant variation on both morphology and anatomy. The traits variation were measured and the data were ana- lyzed by statistic method. The results showed the leaf length, internode length and stem diameter of treated seedlings were all significantly diffel^nt from those seedlings without treatments. However, the change of leaf width was not significant. The lower epidermis of leafs varied were observed under microscope, it showed that the cell length become short obviously, almost no change of cell length and width. The number of stoma reduced and the stoma width increased significantly, however the stoma length was shortened slightly. The bulbils were collected from stems varied and sowed, and the ceils of root tap were got and observed under microscope. It was founded that the chromosome of some cells had become polyploid (2n=4x = 48 ).
