摘　　要：编辑部为了保持可持续发展,必须建立一整套部域文化。结合部域文化的涵义,提出了建立部域文化的内容和实现部域文化建设的有效途径,并结合武汉大学学报信息科学编辑部的具体实践,完善和充实了部域文化建设的内容。A set of cultures inside editorial board must be set up to help the editorial board hold sustainable development. Combined with the definition of culture inside editorial board, the contents of constructing culture inside editorial board and the method for constructing culture inside editorial board are proposed. The contents of constructing culture inside editorial board are developed and implemented through the practice of Geomatics and Information Science of Wuhan University.
