摘　　要：生物柴油是一种清洁的可再生能源。介绍了年产500t生物柴油中试生产线进行设备设计时的物料衡算和热量衡算。通过衡算可估算在生产过程中各工序的热量消耗指标,也可为生产线的设备设计提供设计参数,以及为化工设备的选型提供热负荷参数。Biodiesel is a kind of clean and renewable energy. This article introduces the material and heat balance calculations which can be used in equipment size and dimension design for a 500 t/a pilot plant. The calculations introduced in this paper can also be used to estimate the values of energy consumption in each working procedure, and to provide the corresponding parameters for production line design and the thermal load parameters for making the right selection of equipment types.
