摘　　要：目的:探讨诱发颅内动脉瘤破裂出血的危险因素及护理对策。方法:回顾性调查我科收治的颅内动脉瘤破裂出血病例,分析其诱发因素,提出护理对策。结果:本病与情绪紧张、剧烈活动、吸烟、饮酒及季节变换等有密切关系。结论:稳定患者情绪,控制好患者血压,作好防止颅内压增高的一切护理措施非常重要。Objective：To investigate the risk factors of induced rupture hemorrhage of intracranial aneurysm （ICA） and its nursing countermeasures.Methods：The cases of induced rupture hemorrhage of ICA treated in our department were investigated retrospectively,the risk factors were analsed and the nursing countermeasures were proposed.Results：This disease was closely correlated with emotional stram,strenuons and the convertion of season.Conclusion：Stabilizing the emotion of the patients,controlling the blood pressure doing all the nursing care to prevent intracranial hypertension are very important.
