全麻在剖宫产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结86例全麻下剖宫产术的麻醉,为临床麻醉提供经验。方法:86例ASA I-II级择期行剖宫产术的足月孕妇,用硫喷妥钠和司可林快速诱导,气管插管后吸入O2/N2O和氟烷,剖出新生儿后加用吗啡和Alloferin维持麻醉,术毕患者清醒后拔管送恢复室。结果:86例剖宫产术均顺利完成,母婴安全。结论:全麻对剖宫产术安全、有效。Objective：To study the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia in cesarean section,so as to provide the experience for clinical anesthesia.Methods：80 women with term pregnancy in ASAⅠ-Ⅱ were selectively performed the cesarean section under general anesthesia.Firsdy the anesthesia was quickly induced by thiopental sodium and scoline,O2/N2O and halothane were inhalated after intubation,morphine and alloferin were injected intravenously to maintain the effect after delivering neonate.At last the patient was extubated and sent to recovery room as his operation was completed and became conscious.Results：All 86 cases were successfully operated on , mother and neonate were all safe.Conclusion：General anesthesia is safe and effective in cesarean section,which may become one of the common anesthetic method for cesarean section.
