摘　　要：就在我国农村贫困人口迅速减少的同时,城市贫困现象却日益彰显,并有逐渐扩大的趋势,严重影响了社会的和谐与稳定。改变这一现象,需要尽快构建一个高效可行的城市扶贫政策体系。In a rapid decline in the rural population living in absolute poverty,urban poverty is becoming obvious,and the trend has been gradually enlarging,which has a serious impact on social harmony and stability.So we should build a fair and just urban against poverty system.
