摘 要:近年来,洞庭湖水体呈现富营养化趋势,主要污染指标物为总氮、总磷。水体污染较严重,污染类型已由以往的工业污染为主逐渐转变为工业、农业、生活和血防药物污染的多元化污染类型,且自2003年起,城市工业性污染比重缓慢下降,农业面源污染和城市生活性污染继续上升。针对洞庭湖的水污染和水体富营养化,应采取如下对策:减少和控制工业废水、生活污水的排放以及农业非点源污染,合理开采地下水;清淤调水,保证洞庭湖调蓄能力;扩大环境保护的公众参与范围,建立统一的洞庭湖湖泊湿地保护和管理机制。In recent years, the water quality of Dongting Lake has been in medium- eutrophication. The main pollution indexes were TP and "IN. The water pollution was very seriously, and the pollution types gradually transform from industry pollution primarily to multiplex pollution of industry, agricultural, living and the schistosomiasis medicine. From 2003, the proportion of city industrial pollution has been declined slowly, but the agricultural surface source pollution and living pollution coming from city continued to rise. To control the water pollution and prevent the cutrophicafion trend of Dongting lake, certain measures should be done: to reduce and control the pollution resources such as industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and agricultural non- point source pollution; to mine the groundwater reasonably; to guaranteed the ability of adjusting the water by purifying sediments; to enhance the range of pubhe participation, to build a united mechanism of wet - land protection and management in Dongting Lake.
