摘  要:对于直流升压式电源的设计,通常的做法是采用分立元件,按所需的功能单元进行设计并构成系统,这种传统的设计存在电源体积大,结构复杂,输出功率不足,可靠性不高等问题。运用新的设计思想,利用模块串联升压原理,采用高可靠的DC/DC模块完成了24转75V升压电源的设计。整个电源体积小效率高,外围元件少,输出功率大。与原方案相比,缩短了设计周期、提高了产品可靠性。The common design of the step-up direct current power supply often uses the separate components to construct system by function. This kind of traditional design has some disadvantages, such as complicated structure, low output power, and low reliability etc. A new idea of power design that use series mode to increase the voltage is present. The reliable DC/DC power module is used to achieve the power design of 24V to 75V. The whole power supply has the characteristics like small size, high efficiency, less periphery components and high output power. Comparing with the traditional design, it has shortened the period of power design and enhanced the product reliability.
