某市周边地区医院常用消毒剂的染菌量考察

摘　　要：[目的]考察成都周边地区医院消毒剂的染菌量状况,为控制医院内部感染提供监督依据。[方法]依法抽样考察本市周边地区22家医疗机构所使用的5大类常用消毒剂(2%戊二醛15批次、碘伏100批次、碘酒28批次、75%酒精78批次、3%硼酸器械液24批次)的染菌量状况。[结果]3个品种符合规定,2%戊二醛有13批符合规定,2批检出细菌,细菌检出率13.3%;75%酒精有76批符合规定,2批检出细菌,细菌检出率2.56%。[结论]2%戊二醛染菌情况较严重。[Objective] To inspect bacterium quantity among disinfectant dyes in Chengdu＇s peripheral locality hospital and provide supervising evidence for controling interior infection. [Methods] The bacterium quantity condition within 5 commonly used disinfectants categories which were apphed by 22 medical agencies in Chengdu＇s peripheral regions was carefully sampled （15 batches of 2% glutaral dialdehyde solusion, 100 batches of Iodophors, 28 batches of iodine tincture, 78 batches of 75% ethyl alcohol, 24 batches of 3% boric acid instrument fluid） . [Results] Three varieties conformed to the stipulation, 13 batches of 2% glutaral dialdehyde solution conformed to the stipulation, bacterium was picked out from 2 batches, the bacterium picking-out rate was 13.3%; 76 batches of 75% ethyl alcohol conformed to the stipulation, bacterium was picked out from 2 batches, and the rate was 2.56%. [Conclusions] The bacterium quantity condition with 2% glutaral dialdehyde solution is very serious.
