深圳男性人群发生商业性行为的定性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳嫖娼人群参与商业性服务的原因及安全套使用行为和动机,为实施有效的性病/艾滋病干预措施提供依据。[方法]采取个人深入访谈的定性研究方法,在深圳收容教育所抽取47名嫖娼男性进行个人深入访谈。[结果]男性发生商业性行为主要与朋友唆使、饮酒、社会/商业活动中的潜规则、卖淫行为蔓延等因素有关。调查对象均知晓发生商业性行为存在感染性病/艾滋病的高危险性,但有近一半的调查对象对于自身商业性行为的危险性评估却较低。对于性病/艾滋病临床特征及其预防知识尚缺乏深入了解,并存在着认识上的误区,对安全套阻止性病/艾滋病的有效性也认识不够。超过40%的调查对象报告在商业性行为中未坚持使用安全套。自身低危险性评估、缺乏对性病/艾滋病预防知识的了解以及安全套的不舒适是影响他们在商业性行为中坚持使用安全套的主要因素。[结论]在性病、艾滋病的健康教育工作中,应加强艾滋病知识普及,提高目标人群的危险性意识,消除他们的侥幸心理以及认识上的误区。Objective] To realize the status and motive of condom-use behaviors of commercial sex male receptors, and provide basis for carrying out effective measures of preventing STD/AIDS. [Methods] 47 commercial sex male receptors were surveyed through in-depth individual interview in Shenzhen re-education center. [ Results] Commereial sex receptive behaviors of male people were related with friends encouragement, drinking in amusement places, hidden formula aruong some social/business activities and commercial sexual behaviors spreading. Ahhough all objects have the awareness that commercial sexual behaviors had a high risk of STD/AIDS infection, they underestimated themselves STD/AIDS infection risk in their commercial sexual experience. They were still short of knowledge of the clinical featured and prevention of STD/AIDS and had some wrong recognition. They had deficient understanding to effectiveness of condom preventing from STD/AIDS. More than 40%reported non-insistence of condom-use in commercial sexual behaviors. Risk underestimating, lack of relative knowledge and discomfort of condom decreased the frequency of condom-use in male commercial sexual behaviors. [Conclusions] In health education for STD/AIDS in male people, knowledge about AIDS and risk consciousness for AIDS infection should be enhanced to eliminate their fluke psychology and wrong recognition.
