摘　　要：独立学院是我国高等教育体系改革的新生事物,其教学管理工作也被赋予了新的内容。学生参与教学管理是有效推进独立学院教学管理工作的必然条件,也是加强和改进独立学院教学管理工作的一个重要环节。笔者通过对独立学院的教学管理水平和教学管理现状进行调查、分析,结合我院实际情况对学生参与教学管理工作进行探索,为促进独立学院的健康、稳定的发展提供依据。independent college is the new product of our high education system reform, so, the teaching management is endowed with new contents, Students＇ participation in teaching management is not only a necessary condition for efficiently carrying out the teaching management work but also an important tache for strengthening and improving the teaching management work, Based on the investigation and analysis of the teaching management level and the current conditions of teaching management, an exploration and research on students＇ participation in teaching management has been made, which will provide theoretic basis for the healthy and stable development of the independent college.
