摘 要:目的探讨医院科室规范化管理的新模式。方法2003-2006年,我院在临床、医技科室和门诊部中推出创建“规范化科室”的活动。①根据评审科室工作性质的不同,分别制定临床科室、医技科室、门诊部、急诊科和麻醉科等评审标准。考核标准全部量化,注重医疗服务环节和突出考核重点及与工作改进相结合。②严格评审程序。结果激发了员工的工作热情,使科室原被动服务变主动服务,提高了综合服务水平,医院对科室有动态和连续认识。结论应用医院科室规范化评价标准和方法,能有效强化医院质量,提高综合服务水平。尚有大量的工作有待于总结、改进、补充和完善。Objective To investigate the standardization administrative new model for the standardization department of hospital. Methods Form 2003 -2006 year, developed activity with creation and constructed of "the Dept of standardization" at the clinical department, medical assistant department and the outpatients department in our hospital;(1)To make difference the judgment standards for t clinical department, medical assistant department and the outpatients department, emergency department and the department of anesthesiology according to the different working condition. (2)Strictly judgment process. Results It stimulated the working passion of hospital staffs, changed passive service to active service and raised general service level, The hospital have recognized the working condition of departments dynamicly. Conclusions The hospital applied the "Department of standardization" judgment standards and methods can effective strengthen medicine care quality and general service level, but still have much work must be summarized, improved, supplementary and consummated.
