摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电气化切除术的术中配合要点。方法回顾性分析220例前列腺电气化切除术患者的临床资料。结果220例全部治愈,手术时间30～75min,平均52.5min。术中出血20～100ml,平均45ml。切除组织20～85g,平均35g。结论经尿道前列腺电气化切除术,具有操作简便,恢复快,疗效显著等优点,是值得推广的一种方法。术前充分准备,术中仔细观察病人及密切配合是保证手术顺利进行的关键。Objective To investigaet the cooperation of transurethral prostatectomy combined with transurethral electrification. Methods Clinical data of 220 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） treated by transurethral prostatectomy combined with transurethral electrification were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the cases were cured. Mean operation time was 52.5 min. Mean blood was 45 ml. Mean weight of the resected prostatic tissue was 35g. Conclusions Transurethral prostatectomy combined with transurethral electrification is a safe and effective treatment for BPH, of the prostate can be easily operated. The key of the operation is preoperative preparation, carefulness and skilled cooperation.
