摘　　要：目的探讨干燥综合征使病人在住院期间依从于医护人员,得到家人的理解、支持与配合,心理处于最佳治疗状态的护理方法。方法通过采取以病人为中心、多方位、多角度关爱病人,实施系统化整体护理,应用临床观察记录,采取不同评价表,对病人进行评价、教育。结果病人的心理状态、依从性、生活的指导、家属的理解与配合,明显提高。结论以病人为中心,多方位、多角度关爱病人,使病人处于最佳心理状态,是干燥综合征的最佳护理方法。Objective To investigate the nursing for inpatients with Sjogreng syndrome, in order to win the cooperation of the patients and their family, and acquire the best curative effect. Methods Patients with Sjogren＇s Syndrome were cared with systematic approach to holistic nursing care （SHN）, Holistic nursing care was an advanced mode of patient oriented nursing care. Results Mental state and compliance of inpatients, understanding and cooperation of their family were better than that of control group. Conclusions Patient oriented, great patient, patients＇ good mental state are the best nursing methods for patients with Sjogren, s Syndrome.
