急性脑出血患者的住院费用及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的：分析脑出血患者的住院费用及其影响因素。方法：收集2001年1月至2005年12月北京大学第三医院神经内科住院的首次脑出血病例，统计人均住院费用和日均住院费用，并采用多元线性回归探讨住院费用的影响因素。结果：274例脑出血患者人均住院费用和日均住院费用分别为13567．37元和624．10元。在总费用构成中，药费占70％。单因素分析和多元线性回归分析表明，住院天数越多，花费越多；病情越重，花费越多；有合并症者，花费增多。结论：脑出血患者住院费用较高，影响脑出血患者住院费用的因素有住院天数、病情轻重、有无合并症和出血量等。Objective： To analyze the inpatient costs and its related factors in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods： The data of the first-admitted patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in the Department of Neurology, Peking University Third Hospital were collected from January 2001 to December 2005. The per capita cost of hospitalization and the mean cost of an inpatient day were calculated, and the influencing factors were assessed with multiple linear regression analysis. Results： The per capita cost of hospitalization and the mean cost of inpatient day of 274 intracerebral hemorrhage patients were 13567.37 and 624.10 RMB, respectively. Among the total costs, the expenses on medicine were 70%. Single factor and multiple linear regression analyses showed that the increased expenditure was associated with the following factors： hospital days, severity of disease, arid complications. Conclusions： The cost of hospitalization in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage is higher. The factors that influence the cost of hospitalization in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were hospital days, severity of disease, complications, arid volume of intracerebral hemorrhage.
