下肢浅静脉曲张腔内激光凝闭术后再通的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内激光凝闭术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张术后再通的原因及预防。方法回顾性分析148例经腔内激光凝闭术治疗的下肢浅静脉曲张患者的疗效及近期随访结果。结果本组患者术后142例恢复良好,临床症状消失,无复发;6例术后复发。结论腔内激光凝闭术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张是一种新的有效的微创技术,但需在病例的选择、围手术期处理等方面多加斟酌以减少术后再通。Objective To probe into the cause and prevention of the reopening after endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） for varicose veins in lower extremities.Methods 148 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities had been treated by EVLT, their curative effects and short-term follow-up results were analysed retrospectively. Results 142 patients had excellent recovery after EVLT, and there was no recurrence in this group. But other 6 patients again reopened. Conclusion EVLT is a new effective way for varicose veins in lower extremities which can leave scars, but it should be careully selecting case and strengthening management at perioperative duration.
