摘　　要：目的评价电视腹腔镜法治疗精索静脉曲张的效果及优越性。方法采用电视腹腔镜高位结扎精索内静脉治疗精索静脉曲张329例。结果全部患者手术成功。除11例有术后并发症,后经对症处理消除外,其它均正常。结论电视腹腔镜法高位结扎精索内静脉治疗精索静脉曲张是治疗精索静脉曲张的理想方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic internal vein ligafion in the treatment of varicocele. Methods Laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins was conducted for 329cases with this disease.Results For 329 cases operations were all successful except for 11 cases being suffering postoperative complications then cured by the suitable treatment to the illness.Conclusion At high locational laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins has such advantages as slight trauma,rapid convalescence,less complication,good curative effect,shorter hospitalization time,less spending etc.It is an optimal method to cure spermophlebectasia,so worthy to be popularized.
