摘　　要：中医方剂在机体中的作用十分复杂,存在着大量的不确定信息。在获得动物实验数据的基础上运用粗糙集理论对右归丸中各组成药物的地位及其与证候指标的关系进行了分析。研究结果提示基于粗糙集理论的方剂研究具有一定的意义与实践价值,对方剂优化具有指导作用。There are a lot of uncertain information because of the complicated effect of prescription, in TCM in body. In this paper rough Set theory is used to analyze the importance of each component in＇the prescription You Gui Pill and the relationship between prescription and syndrome indices based on the experiment results. The result indicates that the research on prescription in TCM based on rough set can optimize the prescription, and it is very meaningful and practical.
