预防和治疗妊娠期疱疹病毒感染的中药选择

摘　　要：疱疹病毒感染尚无有效的治愈方法,孕妇妊娠期的感染常规以化学药物姑息治疗。化学药物对疱疹病毒的潜伏感染无效,且对胎儿有潜在危害,临床应用不理想。中药既能直接杀灭疱疹病毒,也有阻断病毒侵染正常细胞的作用,还能增强机体免疫,改善机体病变损害,应用中药治疗孕妇妊娠期疱疹病毒感染性疾病较化学药物更加积极有效。妊娠期预防和治疗疱疹病毒感染时,应重视和遵循中医传统的妊娠禁忌,并结合现代中药药理实验研究成果,合理审慎地选择应用中药。At present, no effective method for the treatment of herpes virus infection has been found, and appeasement treatment of chemistry drugs is routinely used for the treatment of infection during gestation. However, chemistry drugs are of no effect for latent infection of herpes virus, potentially harmful to fetus, and not ideal for clinical application. Traditional Chinese medicinal herbs can directly kill herpes virus, interdict its invasion to normal cells, enhance immunity of the body and meliorate disease damage of the body, so traditional Chinese medicinal herbs are more effective than chemistry drugs in the treatment of diseases with herpes virus infection during gestation. In the prevention and treatment of herpes virus infection during pregnancy period, traditional contraindication in gestation should be followed and its importance should be attached, the research findings of pharmacological experimental results of modern Chinese medicine should be combined in order to reasonably and carefully select traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.
