摘  要:目的探讨急性高容血液稀释(AHH)对红细胞流变学的影响。方法20只雄性健康家兔随机分为对照组(A组)和血液稀释组(B组)。两组均常规输注乳酸林格液0.5ml/(kg.min)补充生理需要量。B组在麻醉诱导完成后30min内输注万汶行高容血液稀释,使Hct下降至30%左右。监测两组麻醉诱导后即刻(T0)、60min(T1)、90min(T2)的红细胞流变学变化。结果B组血液稀释后于T1、T2纤维蛋白原浓度、血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),红细胞电泳时间、红细胞变形指数及刚形指数变化不大。A组同期的红细胞流变学参数无明显变化。结论急性高容血液稀释可显著改善机体的红细胞流变性。Objective To observe the influence of acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHH) on rheology of red blood cells (RBC) .Methods Twenty male rabbits weighing 2,2kg to 3.4kg were randomly divided into two groups:control group(group A, n = 10) and AHH group( group B, n = 10). The two groups received Ringer lactare solution 0.5ml/( kg· min) to complete physiological requirement. In group B, AHH was accomplished through the rabbits receiving Voluven after induction of anesthesia in 30 min, in order that the hematocrit ( Hct ) would be reduced to 30 % or so. Blood samples were taken at the moment ( T0 ) ,60min ( T1 ) ,90min ( T2 ) after induc- tion of anesthesia for the measurements of the indexes of rheology of RBC. Results At T1 and T2 after AHH in group B,fibrinogen content,Hct,the aggregation indexes of RBC decreased( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ,the electrophoresis time,the deformability and rigid indexes of RBC changed little. The indexes of rheology of RBC changed little at the same time in group A. Conclusion AHH can significantly improve rheological property of RBC.
