摘 要:目的观察雌激素受体(ER)基因多态性在重庆地区正常汉族人群中的分布特征。方法通过PCR-限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP)方法,检测448名重庆地区正常人ER基因多态性的分布特点,并与国内外研究比较。结果重庆地区正常人群ER基因型以Pp型,xx型和ppxx型发生率最高,这种分布特点在两性间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。我国不同地域男性间ER基因型的分布差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01-0、05),女性无差异(P〉0.05);我国女性ER基因型的分布与日拳和韩国相似(P〉0.05),与瑞典和美国差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01-0.05)。结论ER基因型的分布在不同地域、不同种族间存在显著差异,这种差异可能与某些疾病在不同地域、不同种族间不同的发病率和临床表现有关。Objective To explore the distribution of estogen receptor(ER) gene polymorphisms in Chongqing Hans population. Methods ER genotyping was performed in 448 healthy people by PCR-RFLP and compared the distribution of genotype in Chongqing with different areas and races. Results The frequencies of Ppxx and ppxx were the highest in Chongqing and the distribution of genotype was no significant difference between the men and women( P 〉 0.05 ) .There was significant difference between the men in different areas( P 〈 0.01 - 0.05)but no significant difference between the women( P 〉 0.05). The distribution of genotype of the healthy women in China was similar to Japan and Korea( P 〉 0.05). But there was significant difference when compared to Sweden and America respectively( P 〈 0.01 -0.05). Conclusion There was significant difference of the distribution of genotype among the different areas and races. The differences may be related to the different morbidity and clinical symptoms of some diseases of different areas and races.
