摘 要:研究了以对羟基苯甲酸、乙醇为原料、对甲苯磺酸铜为催化剂、合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,并讨论了催化酯化的影响因素。实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸铜是合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的良好催化剂,优化的反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸用量为0.10mol,醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,甲苯磺酸铜用量为2.2g,回流温度下反应4.0h,在此实验下酯化率可达94.3%。产品经傅立叶红外光谱仪及熔点仪表征,证实与目标产物完全一致。The preparation of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate by the catalytic reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid with ethanol with copper p-toluene sulfonate as catalyst had been studied.The effect of different factors such as the mole ratio of alcohol to acid,the dosage of catalyst,reaction time on the yield of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate were investigated.The results showed that the optimized reaction conditions were as follows: when the amount of p-hydroxybenzoic acid was 0.10mol,the molar ratio of ethanol to the acid was 4:l,the amount of catalyst was 2.2g, and reaction time was 4.0h at reflux temperature, the esterification yield reached to 94.3%.The product was characterized by FF-IR spectrum and melting point determination. Product was consistent with the target product.
