摘　　要：精冲工艺是用特殊结构的模具在专用精冲压力机上,对板料施加强大压力一次冲出零件形状;精冲的零件可获得尺寸公差小、形位精度高和剪切面光洁平整;精冲的尺寸精度比普通冲压零件高二级以上,其剪切面粗糙度可达R_a0.4～0.8μm;精冲生产可达到工序少、节约材料和降低成本目的。Precision stamping is a process using special structured dies on the special stamping machine to shape a part at one time with high pressing force. Parts so stamped can be with small tolerance, high precision and shearing smoothness. The precision of the parts so stamped is 2 grade higher than that of the normally done. The roughness of the shear plane can reach Ra 0. 4-0. 8um. Precision stamping can cut the number of procedure,save materials and lower production cost.
