摘　　要：从沈阳市污水构成现状入手,重点论述了水环境污染给沈阳市生态环境带来的影响,并从总量控制,污染源控制,城市污水集中处理,面源污染控制,河流综合整治等方面,就如何削减水污染负荷的问题提出了相应的治理措施。Based on the analysis of the composition of contaminated wastewater in ShenYang, in this paper the discussion emphases were focused on the effect of water pollution on ecological environment, furthermore some commensurate countermeasures were put for ward from the aspects of total quantity control, control over plan pollution sources and point pollution sources, river control and so on.
