摘　　要：本文通过对东莞图书馆新馆Ⅵ系统的基本要素、特点、应用范围及其设计过程的介绍,剖析了城市图书馆导入Ⅵ系统的时机、原则、步骤及应注意的问题,为打造城市图书馆的新形象提供参考和借鉴。Based on instroduction of the basic element, characteristics,application scope and design process of new Dongguan Library VIS, this paper analysed the opportunity, principles, steps and questions which should be paid attention to. It provided reference and experience to build new image for city library.
