摘　　要：通过对CALIS西文联合数据库中个人名称标目的整理,分析了CALIS西文联合目录数据库中个人名称标目存在的质量问题,并提出了正确著录的方法和改进个人名称标目质量的措施。This paper analyses the quality problems on personal name main/added entries headings in the bibliographic records of CALLS western languages union catalog database, and a suitable solution of personal name main/added entries headings and some measures to improve the quality on personal name main/added entries headings in the bibliographic records of CALLS western languages union catalog database have been proposed.
