摘 要:研究了含La高纯钢的相变,发现固溶La对γ→α相变产生明显的影响,La细化了铁素体晶粒,提高了硬度。在冰盐水中淬火时,La使γ→α多型性转变按块状相变方式进行,铁素体晶界呈现不规则形貌,呈块状,有时呈条片状或针状。探讨了块状相变的机理,块状相变速度很快,是界面热激活控制的。The phase transformation of high purity steel containing La was investigated. The study shown that the solutionized La would produce obvious effect on γ→α transformation. Element La would refine the ferrite grains and increase hardness. During the quenching in the ice-cold brine La would make γ→α transformation proceed according to massive transformation. The ferrite grain boundary would appear as irregular figure, such as block or piece or a acicular sometimes. The massive transfromation mechanism was probed. The results revealed that the massive transformation proceeded at a high speed and was controlled by hot activation of boundary.
