摘 要:通过4因素3水平的正交试验,结合紫外分光光度法,确定了黄金菊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为20倍量的水先浸泡0.5 h再加热回流3次,每次3 h.为了节省能源提高效率最佳提取时间调整为2 h,并验证调整后的工艺,结果表明,总黄酮提取率为5.255%,平均回收率为101.45%,RSD为1.975%(n=5),此结果为黄金菊药效的进一步研究和资源开发利用提供科学依据.By orthogonal test of L9 (3^4) and UV-spectrophotometry, the optimum extract processing of total flavonoids in Perennial chamomile was determined. The conditions were that the Perennial chamomile was soaked in water with a ratio of 1 : 20 of solid vs. liquid for a half hour, then the solution was refluxed for three times of three hours per time. To save energy and improve efficiency,the extract time was changed to two hours from three hours per time. The result showed that extract rate of total flavonoids was 5. 225% ,the average recovery was 101.45% and the relative standard deviation was 1. 975%(n=5). It offers a scientific evidence for the further study of medicinal efficiency and comprehensive utilization of Perennial chamomile.
