摘  要:针对棉花加工过程中工作负荷不稳定、轧花机经常出现棉卷堵塞的问题,以PLC控制技术为中心,通过编程软件,采用自学习模糊控制器对PID参数进行在线自适应调整,调节控制轧花机中喂料电机的变频器输入电压,使喂料电机速度跟随轧花机负荷的大小而自动变化,实现了智能喂料。系统运行结果表明:轧花机主机的稳速运行不受棉花等级、潮湿程度等因素影响,这样稳定了轧花生产,大大减少了棉卷堵塞现象。Aiming at the problem that cotton gin is blocked by cotton coil owing to unstable working load, the system is designed with PLC as the kernel of control technology. Through software programming, by adopting self-learuing fuzzy controller, the PID parameters are adjusted adaptively on line. So it can adjust the input voltage of the feeder's variable frequency driver in cotton gin in order to make the feeder's speed automatically vary with cotton gin ' s working load, thus intelligent feeding is implemented. The operating result of the system shows that cotton gin's main engine is running in static speed without being affected by cotton's grade and moisture, and the production of cotton ginning is stable, and cotton gin is scarcely blocked by cotton coil.
