摘 要:通过微乳液膜法处理焦化厂含酚废水的试验研究,探讨了搅拌强度、乳水比、运行时间、油相回用次数等因素对除酚率的影响。试验结果表明,采用Span80为表面活性剂、P204为载体的微乳液膜处理含酚废水,经过二级处理后的废水含酚量低于国家排放标准。该法不仅传质速率快,除酚效率高,油相可重复使用,而且工艺简单,运行稳定性好。Based on the continuous experiments of the treatment of phenol-bearing wastewater in coking plant by microemulsion membrane, the influential effects of agitating strength, the ratio of microemulsion to wastewater, running time, oil recycling, etc. on phenol removing rate are discussed. The results show that the microemulsion membrane with Span80 as surfactant and P~ as carrier can be used to treat phenol-bearing wastewater. After a two-stage treatment,the phenol content in the wastewater is lower than the national discharge standard. Its mass transfer speed is fast, phenol removing rate is high and the oil can be recycled. Its process is simple and has good running stability.
