摘 要:为了提高锌镍电池的电性能,采用声化学插层反应法制备了纳米γ-NiOOH样品,用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线小角散射法(SAXS)、透射电镜(TEM)、络合滴定法、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及模拟电池恒电流充放电等手段,对样品的结构、成分、价态、表面形貌和电化学性能等进行了分析。研究结果表明,不同制备条件如搅拌分散方式等因素对产物的结构、电化学性能均有很大的影响。声化学插层反应法制备所得样品的颗粒大小均匀,粒子呈较规则的球形,粒径1~5nm。其晶体结构为γ-NiOOH,晶胞常数a=0.2825594nm,c=2.0793831nm,样品中镍的氧化态为3.14。以所制备的γ-NiOOH为正极,锌电极为负极,制作锌镍模拟电池测得γ-NiOOH的放电比容量为310mAh/g。The nano γ-NiOOH was prepared by sonochemical intercalation reaction. The influence of preparation conditions on structure and characteristic of product was studied. The structure, composition and property of the prepared samples were analyzed by XRD, SAXS, TEM, CT (complexometric titration), AAS, SEM, TG and chargedischarge test of imitative cell, The results show that there are great effects of the mix manner, type of alkali metal ion. reaction temperature and time on the product, The nano γ -NiOOH is uniform regular spheroid, its particle size is about 1 - 5 nm, The prepared sample is hexagonal γ -NiOOH, a = 0.282 559 4 nm, c = 2,079 383 1 nm, The oxidation state of Ni measured by indirect iodine method in the sample is 3.14; it indicates that there is +3 and +4 mixture valence, The gravimetric content of nickel measured by EDTA complex titration is 61.27%, Its Na^+ content measured by AAS is 1.66%, Na/Ni is 0,07, so its formula can be shown as Na0.07Ni0.93OOH,The discharge capacity of the nano γ-NiOOH reaches 310 mAh/g.
