摘　　要：随着科学发展观的提出,区域城市协调发展备受社会各界的关注。文章旨在探讨区域城市协调发展的理论基础,以湖南省津市—澧县协调发展战略规划为例,分析了在区域定位、产业发展、空间战略、交通、基础设施建设、协调机制等方面如何进行区域间、城市间的协调发展,并指出协调发展需要高度重视区域城市的发展阶段。With the scientific concept of development being put forward, society pay more attention to harmony development of regions. The paper attempts to discuss the theories of harmony development of regions. By taking harmony development strategy of JinShi-LiXian, in Hunan Province, as example, analyze how to process harmony development between regions and between cities in function orientation, industry, urban space, transportation, infrastructure and mechanism. In the meantime, the paper points out harmony development has close relations with development phrase of regions and cities.
