摘　　要：我国开发区布局形式趋向多样化,管理体制呈现从“经济功能区”向“新型行政区”转变分“两步走”的发展趋势,在转型过程中形成了多元化的管理体制。本文通过典型案例分析揭示开发区的创新趋势。The our country development area sets up the form to incline to the diversification, management system present from ＂economic function area＂ to ＂new administrative area＂ transformation development trend of ＂two the steps walk＂, became diversified management system in the transformation process. This text passes the analysis to the individual case example to announce to public its creative trend.
