原癌基因在乳腺癌中的表达及其与预后关系的研究

摘　　要：目的检测原癌基因(c-erbB-2)在乳腺癌中的表达及探讨与乳腺癌预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对癌基因进行标定,检测40例乳腺癌中c-erbB-2的表达。结果浸润性乳腺癌中c-erbB-2阳性表达率明显高于原位癌(P<0.01);c-erbB-2阴性组10年的总存活率(100%)高于阳性组(86.1%)。结论c-erbB-2对于反映乳腺癌细胞侵袭力及判断预后具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of c-erbB-2 in breast cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods The expression of c-erbB-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry assays in 40 cases of breast cancer. Results The positive expression rates of c-erbB-2 in invasive breast cancer was significantly higher than that in suit carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The 10-years total survival rate in negative expression of c-erbB-2 （ 100% ） was higher than that in positive expression （86. 1% ）. Conclusion c-erbB-2 is important to reflect the ability of breast cancer cell＇ s attack and judge the patient＇s prognosis.
